10, 8 y 6 repeticiones en cada brazo, alternando entre un brazo y el otro en cada serie.<br>-Descansa 45segundos entre cada set<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecciona un peso que puedas manejar c\u00f3modamente en seguidas.
